(3:41 AM) In addition to a tornado warning for Sienna and Arcola, this major band of rain is producing 1.5-2.5" per hour south of Houston. Street flooding will begin quickly as this moves in.

Input normalization definitely removes false positives, though you can do that with any of the current high-yield methods (eCLIP, irCLIP, etc) that have low PCR amp... we haven't seen much difference between eCLIP and iCLIP data (beyond deeper coverage) /1
