The way they defend all the compressed formations with both #1’s inside the numbers is extremely impressive. They do it from their normal structures and spacing too, so that right there tells you how incredibly well coached they are.

Watching the Seahawks play coverage on film is like going to an art exhibit for me. I spend 3-5 minutes just admiring each snap as if it’s an :11-:18 second short film. The first snap of Cover 8 tonight took 10 minutes and it was worth every second. Every frame is a painting.
