They literally say the same things about every Conservative leader... when will Canadians realize that it doesn't matter who the leader is? They will be vilified, bullied relentlessly, lied about, dehumanized, belittled, copied and then shamed while the person who copied them is praised... It's been the same pattern for decades.

You know what’s crazy? The amount of pushback you get by saying you want the economy to be better, you want streets to feel safer, you want to be taxed less, and you want the country to thrive.
Isn’t it bizarre to see how many people will attack you with every name they read online once, that 9/10 isn’t even relevant—just to try to shut you up for wanting the country to have a better trajectory for all of us?
I can’t wrap my head around it.

Your life as you knew it is gone and he’s not letting it come back.
He has laughed and smiled while telling you you’re in denial if you don’t follow him… and encouraged you to vilify anyone who is against his governance.
He mocked a First Nations protestor saying “I can outlast her”.
He frequently uses fear based language like “rupture”, “hinge moment”, “dangerous”, “divided world”… while never giving examples as to what he means.
His answer to every problem is more government power, spending, and control.
He picks winners and losers and funds the outcome he wants through subsidies.
He says he doesn’t like democracy and how opposition can stall him from doing what he wants.
He wants ultimate power, without pushback.
He wasn’t even living in this country until just before he put his name in the ring.
He condemns America, while his entire income (outside of PM salary) comes from the USA. His family lives there. He and his children chose to go to school there.
His record is worse than Justin Trudeau (who he advised financially for years behind the scenes).

Fascinating that the Trump administration would highlight this as a trade pressure point (and rightfully so), and instead of being diplomatic... he mocks it.
Foolish error. Grave mistake for anyone cheering it on. I wonder how they'd all feel should 75% of our exports suddenly have nowhere to go. I wonder how successful they'd view Carney's trade MOUs at that point.

The only time the public ever sees Diana is when she’s getting off the PM Jet for a photo op and into a security vehicle taking them to and from locations.
For that reason alone, I’m going to assume this is one of those, “just because you say it, doesn’t make it true” moments
And if it is true, it’s not coming from the common-folk of these places—it’s from the elites and ideologues they are meeting with. In which case, of course they will say that to your face.

Police are seeking any information related to a house explosion in Oshawa.
On Saturday, February 21, 2026, at approximately 10:05 p.m., members of Central East Division responded to an assist fire at a residence in the area of Gibbons Street and Annapolis Avenue after multiple reports of a home explosion were received. Officers arrived on scene and observed a residence fully engulfed in flames. Officers assisted with traffic control as Oshawa Fire Services extinguished the fire.
No injuries were reported to police.
Anyone with cell phone, dash cam, surveillance footage or any information about this incident is asked to contact D/Cst. Park of the Central East Division Criminal Investigations Branch at 1-888-579-1520 ext. 2769.

ONGOING INVESTIGATION | BOWMANVILLE There will be a large police presence in the area of Liberty Street North and Carlisle Avenue in Bowmanville for an ongoing investigation. One individual has been transported to a local-area hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. Bowmanville High School and Duke of Cambridge Public School have been put into a Hold and Secure as a precaution, however the schools are still operating as normal. This is an isolated incident and not related to the schools in any way.
