Traverse city, once a conservative vacation place safe for families, is now terminally infected with uber rich white liberals. A gay mecca of the North. The downtown is now plastered with gay pride flags, crosswalks similarly painted. Traffic sucks, as do most of the men that now live there. Service workers catering to the rich cannot afford to live within 25 miles of TC because rent is ridiculously high. The homeless still infect the downtown, and the last time I visited I witnessed two street urchins having sex in public. Exactly what you would expect in any liberal city. I've never gone back.

Michigan basketball is your outright Big Ten Champion after an 84-70 win at Illinois. Wolverines swept the Spartans, Boilermakers and Illini on the road and are now 17-1, the best start for a Big Ten team in the 20-game B1G era. For a regular season, it doesn’t get better.
