So yes, the customer support [exists] but it's hard to shake the feeling that you are supposed to give up before actually getting there.

Another "brilliant" (as in hostile) example of customer support: Finished a game session on Game Pass, saved and closed game as normal. Next day, 100+ hour save is suddenly nowhere to be found! After some troubleshooting, ok support time. Time to find a link/email/person

...Which is hidden away in the furthest away tab in the Settings menu. And is not a button at all but a long link that can not be selected or copied but has to be written in manually into a web browser to direct you to another FAQ page before letting you access the support form.

Luckily there's a handy link right on the Xbox App's page for the game! The link leads to an email address called "support". Great! Except the email autoreplies that this inbox is inactive and that all inquiries should be done in-game through the "Contact Customer Care-button"

"If you leave (the window) , we'll send you a message when there's an answer to your question". Ok, great! Time passes, nothing. Well, while waiting, might as well try finding support for the specific game too, in case Store ultimately says "not our problem" which is likely.

Now, on the surface this sounds like more of a Game Pass problem than a "specific game problem" so let's find somewhere to report this on the Microsoft Store. After filling in a problem description twice to ostensibly get connected to some kind of expert to chat to, silence.
