@bmccall9 My point exactly… There are so many other aspects of race day that cost so much money why make the race cost anymore. I know this is a large conversation to have on this platform but I’m happy we are all having it.

@WorkCycles Yes I’m well aware of this…. I have actually never paid to race in the Netherlands! Even at the local level. If you give them a foreign license usually the Crit is free!

@Eamon_Lucas Just FYI: Dutch races usually cost €2 to 5,00.

@PeterAbraham I love to hear that some cities are excited about this and it breaks my heart to hear others were not. So much loss potential. Thank you for doing all you have done :-)

@Eamon_Lucas Totally agree but it’s a tough sell. I spent years myself doing this while managing running events. Some cities understand this, and some just see you as an expensive annoyance.

@philgaimon I agree with you 100% man I did not tweet that to be snarky are rude… I understand that it’s a business and a business has to make money but at the same time if the business is killing the industry who is really winning? :((((
