@hicksydan @KsOllieU @ComCoFL That was a long time ago. Things are far more settled now. I agree that as things stand, Beckenham will probably fall on the Kent side of the allocation.

A day of sadness @hbfc1872 who are playing their last home league game after announcing their resignation from the league earlier this week. They left on a high note having secured a 4-1 victory over @FCDGalicia

As a football club, we were made aware of some hurtful, unkind, untrue and slanderous comments made anonymously on a Facebook group and some posts within it. On this occasion, we worked quickly with the amazing people of ‘We Love Reigate’ Facebook group to report this and to find out more information. We now know who this person was who made it. It was made from a ‘coaching company’ account and previous posts show who the ‘director’ of this company is. Amazingly, this person was removed from our club some years ago and their obsessive obsession with their hate for our club continues. Needless to say, South Park Reigate Football Club has changed lots in the last few years. We now have a much safer and more welcoming environment for children and their family, to come enjoy the amazing game of football. These changes were made after a much needed change of direction for our youth football club. We have now evolved so much and now host one of the largest and most in demand tournaments for children to showcase their talents. We have a closer and more joined up approach to all forms of football with the club which includes a thriving junior section, a successful women’s section, an exciting men’s team and a brilliant vets team. We also put on sessions for the local community to sign up to, some of these just being priced at just £1. It’s also an honour to point out that some of our teams are hugely successful, winning leagues and cups that they have entered this season. This is only possible by hours of hard work planning, preparing and delivering training sessions weekly. This is not easy!!! Making sessions engaging, challenging and enjoyable all year round is not easy. The football club is run by volunteers, who work tirelessly and work some huge hours to ensure that everyone who comes to our club is welcomed into a safe environment. These volunteers put so many other people before themselves. Sadly, this ‘anonymous’ person who we now know who, understands this and still chooses to belittle the club and people within it. This being the same club that the FA accredited 3 stars, the highest standard that can be awarded in grassroots football. The club is still moving forward. We are excited to adopt the new 3v3 format for the U7 age group next season. Something our volunteers are all working hard to plan and prepare for. We also have our in house Soccer School which is booming! It’s even got a waiting list! Over 60 U6’s attend weekly and have the best time practising and perfecting their football skills. So to the person who posted. Thank you for your post and reminding us all how much better we are for not having you involved with us. You made us reflect upon some of our amazing success stories and gave us a platform to remind everyone that our football club is a huge part of the community and loved by so many people. I suppose, if you know… you know who! To our community… we welcome you all with open arms to a hugely popular, successful, thriving and evolving grassroots football club. We have community sessions, walking football, girls youth sessions for just £1, summer coaching programmes for elite and beginner players (which are non profit making). We welcome other teams and clubs to our tournaments which are well established and hugely popular. And we welcome any team wanting to find a new home to play football. We can provide a group of children an oppertunity to play football weekly on a state of the art 3G football facility that means we can facilitate football all year round. We also work with managers and coaches to become qualified in football coaching as well as all the standard and essential DBS and Safeguarding qualifications. We also welcome our community down to our club to watch our men’s, women’s and vets team. It’s an opportunity to watch some exciting football and meet new people. So come down and support the Sparks! Thank you for your time South Park Reigate Football Club

@collectfootball I was watching the group stages on holiday. We were in a French cafe for the opening match against France with many other English people. The cafe owner said he thought they had lost 3-0 (not 3-1) because he had only heard three cheers during the match! Bryan Robson 27 seconds!

What’s your underlying memory of the 1982 World Cup? Share your memories of this amazing tournament Algeria’s injustice, England not losing a game, a Sheikh on the pitch, a goalkeeper assaulted, a 10-1 win, Paolo Rossi, you name it… #worldcup #football #memories #England #spain

@tdo1o @CorinthianCas @redhillfc @ComCoFL Many don't believe there were enough fixtures at the start of the season! As for thought & experience, the chap has been doing this for around 20 years. Quite simply, some pitches are awful right now, while others are very good. My club have at least 8 home games left still!

@EandERich @CorinthianCas @redhillfc @ComCoFL But why did you have teams playing each other twice so quickly at the beginning of the season, I know it's a hard job through experience but bit of thought makes it a lot easier and clubs wouldn't moan so much 🤞😀

NEXT UP Believe it or not, this is our last Saturday home game of the season, with @redhillfc coming to Tolworth. Let's get a good crowd down to the Armada and get behind the lads as we look to finish the season strong. @hicksydan @anthonytmufc @tomdorey03 @ComCoFL No problem Dan. Much of the problem is getting officials and not many teams like playing on a Sunday. If the League said they had to, then fair enough, but for now I don't think the situation is serious enough, even for clubs like mine. Not yet anyway!

@EandERich @anthonytmufc @tomdorey03 @ComCoFL Why can't teams with groundshares play Saturday/Sunday like in other divisions? Fair regarding pitch quality and likely postponements but why does that mean the schedule has to be so lopsided with teams finishing their seasons early April? Genuine question, not being a dick.

@anthonytmufc @hicksydan @tomdorey03 @ComCoFL Bear in mind the 11th is not necessarily the final day Ant. More bad weather could move us back to 18th April like the North Division. As we get nearer, you may even find that some other fixtures do indeed get moved, but getting all 20 on the last day is like nailing jelly!

@EandERich @hicksydan @tomdorey03 @ComCoFL I see no reason why Knaphill vs T&M for example, could not be played on the 11th april, rathen then another Tuesday night Not just us affected of course, there's teams who have lots to play for at both ends of the table who don't seem to have fixtures arranged on the 'final day'

@anthonytmufc @hicksydan @tomdorey03 @ComCoFL How about volunteering to help guys? Fixtures are messy because of many groundshares, while some clubs play on artificial and others on paddy fields. Maybe ask the League to swap your Badshot Lea match on 28th March with their game v Cobham on 11th April. Suggest it through T&M?
