RBI clarification is an incredible example of just how well this dispensation understands the media game. RBI has clarified nothing. It does not even address Bloomberg's point. But by having it out so quickly, it allows BJP + supporters to say Bloomberg data is wrong. If RBI had delayed, the Bloomberg report would have caused so much damage. But by putting out a random "rebuttal" it has undercut it. Well played.

Moderate it, avoid fries sugars! 2) No need to remoce Namkeen if ypu are having 3 times a week like a quick snack to keep you sane 3) 50-100gms paneer/tofu/chicken every meal might either hit your budget or your calorie goals. Keep a close watch! 4) Add a sports (something that you enjoy) as part of the pre/post workout. Will help you get in the gym!
