@LukeCFPLevelUp @_johnjohnnn Majority of it is just grilled and I eat it cold. When I cook it, it’s just pan seared with some dry rub on it or I’ll put it on the Blackstone at the pool. Nothing crazy

I've dialed in my diet where I can comfortably get 205-210g of protein and ~50g of fiber at like ~1750 calories. I know I need more calories than that but god Im so tempted to turbo charge this process with an extreme deficit.

@VicVijayakumar thats good to hear, this is my first time getting large and correcting it. So I need to hear that. It's just not a fast process, I guess.

dmux — use Sol, Grok 4.5, and Fable at the same time on the same project with the same prompt. Let the best model get merged.

Been in a bit of mental slump and exhausted. Finally used Fable today, since the re-release and it’s just so fun. Cant wait to use Sol. Building is still fun.

@EarnWhere I always hear that seeing your kids accomplish things is so much more satisfying than your own accomplishments. I’m excited for that part.

My first-time-swim-team-kid qualified for the Champions swim meet next week. 🥲 I’m so incredibly proud of that kid. He could barely swim in May. He’s worked so hard to get here.

I think we have really good coaches at our pool that have helped a ton. But really I think we just had to be uncomfortable and force him to do swim team. He was so uncomfortable at first and he hated it and wanted to quit every practice but we just sort of made him persist through. Didn't make him do the meets at first but he had to do every practice.
