🇮🇳 INDIA IS MAKING CRYPTO HARDER TO HIDE.
India is not banning crypto.
But reporting and compliance rules are getting stricter.
What’s changing:
• CBDT has issued clearer crypto reporting guidelines.
• Exchanges & RCASPs will have stronger compliance obligations.
• Cross-border crypto transactions will get more scrutiny.
Important:
❌ This is NOT a new crypto tax.
The focus is on tracking, transparency, and reporting.
My POV:
A clear regulatory framework can help crypto adoption in India — but rules should protect users and encourage innovation, not create unnecessary barriers. 🇮🇳

Key numbers: • 39M KYC-verified crypto users • ₹20,400 Cr+ in digital assets • 54 FIU-registered VDA firms • Still no dedicated crypto law India already taxes crypto with: • 30% tax on gains • 1% TDS on every transfer The users are here. The industry is here. What’s missing is policy clarity. A balanced framework could encourage innovation and investment. More uncertainty may continue pushing talent and businesses overseas. This Monsoon Session could be a defining moment for India's crypto ecosystem.

⚠️ BitMart Is the Next FTX ?
There are too many red flags.
> CEO Statement:
Just 2 days before @BitMartExchange announced it would wind down its operations, @50nent was removed as CEO.
Why was this done right before the announcement? Something looks very suspicious.
He clearly stated that he had no role in the company's management or decision-making.
If users later face withdrawal issues, he can simply say: "My role had already ended on July 24."
> Now here's the concerning part:
Based on the on-chain data, BitMart's hot wallet has only around $1M in liquid funds.
How will they process customer withdrawals after that?
> Meanwhile, users are reportedly facing:
• KYC requests again
• Funds being frozen after KYC for manual review
• Requests to provide source of funds
• Emails claiming they made "too many withdrawals"
What is happening in this industry?
If BitMart was already facing liquidity issues, why didn't they stop operations 3–5 months ago instead of continuing to onboard users?
If users don't get their funds back, @BitMartExchange should face the same legal consequences as @SBF_FTX
And just to be clear: I've never shilled BitMart in my entire crypto journey 🫡
