I don't think Covid infections cause hantavirus infections, obviously. Who would? But guess what: Once you've had Covid, you're going to be more vulnerable to hantavirus, and then possibly increasingly with each extra infection. Why? Let me explain:

the reason the gilt market is absolutely smashed is because of Labour's wild fiscal position and the anticipation that welfare spending will only increase in the absence of revenue raising - it's not cos the markets want Starmer over Rayner or some such spin

Someone asked me why I don't go back to work? This is why 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻 Working with Bipolar 2 is difficult because of extreme unpredictability. The cycle between high energy hypomania and crushing depression makes it nearly impossible to maintain the consistent reliability most jobs require. While hypomania might spark temporary bursts of productivity, the following depressive crashes often lead to debilitating fatigue and "brain fog." This inconsistency, combined with the cognitive side effects of medication, creates a constant struggle to meet rigid deadlines and social demands. 🤷🏻

@lisareality1 Still Starmer unfortunately. He will find some way of justifying the disaster.

Starmer won’t give up without a fight. His stubbornness is legendary. Even if his punches are pathetic.

Exclusive from @patrickkmaguire Labour MPs are discussing plans to demand Sir Keir Starmer set a date for his resignation in a letter inspired by the putsch by Gordon Brown’s allies against Tony Blair in 2006 A group of disgruntled backbenchers first elected in 2024 are canvassing support for a challenge to the prime minister after Labour’s expected drubbing in local elections on Thursday They intend to send an open letter to Starmer — whose allies insist he will fend off any coup — in which they will blame him for the party’s losses and request he sets out a timetable for his resignation in the wake of expected losses to Reform UK and the Green Party. The Times understands that several cabinet ministers are aware of the plot, which is reminiscent of the round-robin missive that set in train Blair’s departure 20 years ago this September. It comes amid what one minister described as “real anger in the PLP [parliamentary Labour Party]” at Starmer’s leadership One MP in favour of the challenge said: “We will be angry and not resigned to getting absolutely f***ed.” Of Starmer, the MP added: “People underestimate out ability to recover when he goes, but we need to do it calmly and properly.” The 2024 intake is itself divided on the wisdom of a move against Starmer, however, with many MPs fearful of a backlash from voters. One influential backbencher elected for the first time two years ago said the number of signatories was likely to be limited thetimes.com/uk/politics/ar…

The idea that @Keir_Starmer is going to come out after Thursday and set a date for exiting No. 10 is ludicrous. It’s nearly as ludicrous as @DavidLammy thinking it a good idea to do away with jury trials in serious criminal proceedings. Neither will happen

So many people on here saying voting is a waste of time . Well I’m still voting because I know one demographic that will definitely vote, so if we end up with ‘green’ councils everywhere it’s our own fault for not turning out

You can't book an appointment at our surgery. It generally works with phone calls in the morning to the reception. Then if you call early enough you can get a telephone appointment. If the doctor thinks it is important enough they will send you to A&E. If you refuse to go to A&E they might see you later that afternoon if you are lucky.
