@EarthLink Hello, over the last year or 2 my price for a very small legacy email account has more than doubled in price. I dont need full service, why am i paying $17.95 for this email only account, it was just $7.95 less than 2 years ago. Not very cool, please link me to a supervisor.

@EarthLink is useless and has had me on hold for one hour. There is Zero Customer Service and I’m locked out of all of my personal accounts as they aren’t accepting my security question answers.

If you’re ever on the fence about choosing @EarthLink for ISP just know you will have subpar bandwidth and you will also have to deal with incompetent customer service.

@EarthLink Well unfortunately that did not improve customer service. Firstly has a reputation for horrible customer service. The first year was ok. Today not so much I had one of the worst customer service interactions I've ever had. The new call center clearly does not improve service.

@earthlink my mailbox has been stuck as "full" since 10am. I need the quota flag reset as I am only using 5% of my storage. Your offices are closed but I can't keep having clients getting "mailbox gull" bounce backs. Please help.

@EarthLink are a bunch of thieves. I returned my equipment,and I have the receipt.I received warning emails about being charged for not returning it, and I responded to each email with phone calls.They told me everything was in order,And guess what? THEY CHARGED ME.
