@EasywayPakistan Order No.:  202308300055120, Date:  30-08-2023, Status of Reservation is Cancelled, Amount detected from my Jazz account. 1st complained to Jazz customer service, said paid to RABTA Railway. I complained many time & said to Rabta railway guard Yasir also, still waiting Rs. 800

@EasywayPakistan your online ticketing system really needs a good revamp. Its functionality is all messed up. Why cant i book an online ticket for more than 1 person at a single time? Why didnt i receive any msg or email after booking the ticket. What do i show to the conductor??

@EasywayPakistan If one forget the password of account of Rabta application, there's no way to reset the password via cell phone or email. Also improve the interface and usability of the App. Hope you will fix it.
