🚨 CEX Market Watch We looked at a group of active Web3 projects building across AI, social travel, DeFi, user-owned finance, open-source AGI, RWA/tokenization, and new on-chain markets. The product stories are strong. But when you look at recent visible CEX snapshots, the market side tells a more mixed story. Across several pairs, we can see: • volume sitting heavily on a few exchanges • smaller venues showing lighter activity • price differences between markets • uneven liquidity depth • entry and exit quality changing by venue This does not mean the projects are weak. It means the next layer of growth is not only about narrative, community, or product updates it is also about healthier market structure. For traders, clean markets matter. They look for: • better price discovery • deeper order books • tighter spreads • balanced liquidity across venues • more consistent exchange-side activity Strong projects bring attention. But strong market structure helps convert that attention into real trading confidence. Projects in focus: @opinionlabsxyz - $OPN @mypethooligan - $HOOLI @rivcapitalgroup - $RIV @SentientAGI - $SENT @kaio_xyz - $KAIO @superformxyz - $UP @unitaslabs - $UP @kindred_ai - $KIN Narrative brings users in. Market structure keeps traders engaged. 📈 👀 If any team is currently reviewing market quality, liquidity efficiency, spread management, or exchange-side execution strategy our team is always open for a conversation.

Forget TikTok. Forget YouTube. Forget Instagram. Amazon can pay you $3,000/month to start AI publishing. It’s boring... but if you start today, you could make $3,000 by the end of March. I’ll send you a free course showing exactly how to do it. Just like this post and comment “Send.” (Make sure you follow.)

I learnt something new today… and it confused me at first. KPIs. At some point I was mixing everything up. Is Order ID a KPI? Is Customer Name a KPI? Is Shipping Mode a KPI? But now it’s clear. Here’s what I finally understood 👇 1️⃣ A KPI is not just any column in your dataset. A KPI is a measurable number that shows performance. If it doesn’t measure performance, it’s not a KPI. So ask yourself: 👉 Can this value go up or down? 👉 Does it reflect business performance? 👉 Can management make decisions from it? If the answer is no — it’s not a KPI. 2️⃣ KPIs are numbers. Not text. Revenue? ✅ Net Sales? ✅ Orders? ✅ Average Delivery Time? ✅ Discount %? ✅ Customer Name? ❌ Country? ❌ Ship Mode? ❌ Those are dimensions or breakdown fields. 3️⃣ KPIs must change. If it doesn’t change, what are you tracking? For example: Average Delivery Time = 2 days. If you slice by: •Region •Ship Mode •Customer Segment And it changes? Then it’s a good KPI. If it never changes anywhere… are you sure your model is dynamic? 4️⃣ KPIs answer “HOW ARE WE DOING?” Metrics & dimensions answer “WHY?” Example: Net Sales dropped. Why? •Too much discount? •Certain region underperforming? •Fewer orders? •Slow delivery affecting repeat customers? That’s how everything aligns. 5️⃣ Not everything should be a KPI. I used to think more KPIs = better dashboard. Wrong. Too many KPIs = confusion. Strong dashboards usually have 3–5 core KPIs. Anything more becomes noise. Now let me ask you: If your business only tracks: •Revenue •Orders •Avg Delivery Time •Discount % Can you already tell a performance story? Yes. That’s the power of choosing the right KPIs. Today I stopped seeing Excel as just tables. I started seeing it as performance measurement. And that changed everything. If you’re building dashboards: What are your core KPIs? And are they truly measuring performance… or just filling space? 🤔🔥

Data Nerds! I just launched a free course on "SQL for Data Engineering!" This is the course I wish I had when I stopped asking “how do I query this?” and started asking “how do I build this?” 🏗 This YouTube video has over 14 hours of content and walks through building a real data warehouse and production-ready SQL pipeline from scratch. We go far beyond SELECT statements: 1️⃣ Production SQL — DDL, DML, CTEs, subqueries, window functions, and advanced query patterns 2️⃣ Data Modeling — Designing star schemas and analytics-ready warehouse tables 3️⃣ Data Warehousing — Structuring fact and dimension tables properly 4️⃣ End-to-End Pipelines — Transforming raw data into clean, production-ready outputs 5️⃣ Engineering Workflow — Using Terminal, DuckDB, VS Code, and Git And because the best way to learn is to build, we complete two real projects: 📊 Project #1 — Exploratory Data Analysis on a live warehouse dataset 🏗 Project #2 — Build a full SQL-based data pipeline Huge thank you to the team that made this possible: Kelly Adams - Course Producer Rikki Singh - Content Developer Brannon Linder - Video Editor P.S. If you’re wondering how this compares to my SQL for Data Analytics course: That course focuses on querying data to answer business questions. This one focuses on modeling data, designing warehouse schemas, writing production-grade SQL, and building end-to-end pipelines using the Terminal and Git. 🧑‍💻 Analytics is about extracting insights. 🧑‍🔧 Engineering is about building the systems that make those insights possible. Neither course is a prerequisite, but they prepare you for different roles.
