@BoschHomeUS I have now talked to the customer service number provided five times, each time, with a promise to get a call back from a manager. One time, the representative told me the manager refused to talk to me.

@BoschHomeUS @BoschHomeUS just requested a call back for the 7th time. Still waiting to talk to someone. Here is an updated picture of how “well” my dishwasher cleaned this dish today. Had to hand wash 12 dishes after the cycle today..

@BoschHomeUS I have called that phone number multiple times, and every time they say, they will escalate the issue to have a manager call me, but no one ever does.
