We have fleece lined ponchos at Bodmin, Falmouth, Liskeard, Mullion & Saltash @CornwallFRS stations for people who need an extra warm layer. They aren't pretty but they are warm. If you/someone you know is without power & needs extra warmth, please collect one. They are free!🤗
