Sure… But it’s not black and white. There’s different circumstances. You can’t compare an actual criminal doing crimes in America, to somebody who came here to provide a better life for their kid. That’s why people are upset because of the stories they’re hearing. Families being separated, nice people being deported. So yes they committed a crime but idk there should be some kind of evaluation being done case by case, to AT LEAST find out why they never became citizens… were they doing it to avoid taxes or nefarious reasons… OR did they try and failed. Idk enough but yes technically you are right and if the gov chooses they could enforce the law and deport all of them
