I’m guessing that Banner gets mind controlled but when Hulk takes over Jean or whoever is doing the controlling, loses control and Hulk just naturally assumes he’s in a fight cause Banner got mad and spazzes out of Peter until Peter calms him down and then we get the “Hulk remember” scene

Scorpion says, “You think I’m Scorpion?” because he’s obviously being mind-controlled when he’s fighting Spidey. A lot of people assumed Hulk was being controlled too, but this line leads me to think otherwise.
