New #Overwatch Balance Changes 🛠️
🎼 Sigma
Hyper Regeneration (Minor Perk):
→ Now restores barrier health only when damaging enemy heroes.
Experimental Barrier:
→ (6v6) Maximum health reduced from 650 to 600.
🔮 Ramattra
Ravenous Vortex:
→ Vengeful Vortex moved from Perk to baseline ability.
→ Projectile now explodes on contact with the ground.
→ Explosion can now be manually detonated while airborne.
→ Explosion damage reduced from 50 to 15.
Prolonged Barrier (Minor Perk):
→ New Minor Perk.
→ Void Barrier duration and size increased by 25%.
Vengeful Vortex (Major Perk):
→ Removed.
Void Surge (Major Perk):
→ Moved from Minor to Major Perk.
→ Delay between bursts reduced from 0.75 to 0.6 seconds.

Shield Slam (Minor Perk):
→ Added a custom setting allowing Shield Slam to be bound to Quick Melee, enabling free look while the perk is equipped.

@SecondGustOW @ssolarism Go my noncommittal opinion where if I miss it’s just a 7 second cooldown but if I hit it you die. 100% agree with this take here. I’ve played around with the same idea possibly with the effect of the more you wind it up the farther it goes (Capping at 20M)

@ssolarism Realistically, hook should have a massive windup with a very obvious sound and visual cue as just the tippy top of the iceberg. There’s so much wrong with him, but hook has always been so noncommittal with huge rewards for landing it.

@AbateGamerYT @stoneworldstuff There’s a reason I find the Treasure Island Arc so captivating to watch and it’s mainly down to Ibara’s presence as the villain. He’s the only main villain to not be taken down by brute force and the final fight between him, Senku and Ryusui is always a fun watch.
