"Solo founder visibility = everything" is so true, when it's just you, not having a single pane for signups + revenue + health means you're flying blind. @yabsssai Yes, railway blocks the smtp ports nodemailer uses; which forced me to add a fallback mailing service(Resend) but it failed too, cause with Resend we can't send emails from a personal Gmail address through their API.

@EcodeJR what was it about nodemailer that failed, was it just the blocked smtp ports or something else in the configuration that didn't work out for memovoice?

I didn't switch hosting. I built a dedicated email microservice on Vercel instead. Railway → handles everything Vercel → handles email only Constraint → cleaner architecture💯

@giladbuilds Really appreciate that! I felt like I needed more customization than standard tools allow. Glad to hear it holds up. Do you personally prefer building from scratch for internal dashboards?
