@harleyf @Shopify @ShopifySupport Why is so much coming up now with payout issues, payments being paused, unreasonable store terminations etc. Yall are ruining peoples lives everyday. I paid for my fulfillment/ad spend and can’t even access payouts now.. Support is no help either

If they can shut down a store that’s done $1 million in verified sales, imagine what they can do to someone who’s just trying to start. It happens every day to indie brands nobody hears from. Comment if it’s happened to you! small merchants deserve better.

After 4 years and $1.1M in 8 months with verified sales, @Shopify suddenly closed our store..no warning, no reason given. We’ve always fulfilled orders and followed the rules $65K of inventory is now stuck. We just need a real human from Shopify Risk / Merchant Trust to review this. 🙏 Please RT or DM if you can help.
