Let's cut the BS There are only 3 ways actually to scale your ecom brand's revenue. It is a lot more simple than you would think Too many brands get lost trying silly growth tactics that get them nowhere Save yourself the time and focus on these three things to get your store to 6 figures this year 1. Increasing your customer base 2. Increasing your average order value 3. Increasing the amount of repeat purchases. Each option requires different strategies although Email helps with all 3. 1. Increasing your customer base The more customers you have, the more sales you make. A great way to scale if you can figure out ads and still be profitable. Unfortunately, most people (especially the newbies) attempt to increase their customer base with paid ads alone without realizing that most paid traffic will be cold traffic. These customers won't buy straight away. They need to know, like, or trust your brand first. The solution that many overlook? The pop-up form + welcome series. Create a high-converting pop-up form (done correctly and it should convert around 6-12% of traffic) Create a welcome series thats goal is to help prospects get to know, like and trust you. The welcome series should convert around 15-20% of new subscribers, And there you go You’ve just added a new stream of revenue while growing your list. Tip: To calculate how much $$$ you’re leaving on the table then use the following formula 8% of site traffic = new subscribers 17% of new subscribers x AOV = Welcome series MRR I’ll let you do the math… 2. Increase average order value Increasing average order value means generating more revenue per sale. You do this through offers like buy one get one half price, selling bundles, or offering fully personalized up/cross-sells. Email is incredibly powerful for increasing average order value. I do it for my clients by cross/upselling in the post-purchase flow. The first email in the flow is just a generic “thank you, here's what you ordered” The flow then splits based on product category, Then in the second email we either offer complimentary products or personalised recommendations that they can add to their order before it ships. They don't pay for shipping again and you increase their order value, it's a win-win. 3. Increasing the amount of repeat purchases. This one is simple Once you get customers to buy, try and get them to buy and buy again The best thing about building your email list is that once your customers are on it, all you gotta do is send one email and you can get them back on your site and back into your flows, For a fraction of the cost that you would spend on ads. Create a campaign strategy that trains your subscribers to enjoy opening your emails Send 3-5 emails every week to different segments. That way you can tailor the content to their liking and connect with them on a more personal level which will make it so much easier to squeeze another sale out of em Even if they don't buy straight from your campaigns If they click on the site then they will be entered into your pre-purchase funnels again. To summarise There are only three ways to actually increase your stores revenue 1. Increasing customer base 2. Increasing average order value 3.Increasing the amount of repeat purchases Email covers all three And I cover email If you are an ecom brand owner who’s store is doing 20k+ in revenue and you’re looking to increase your revenue to 50k or beyond then hit me up in the DMs. I offer free audits and fully customised 90-day roadmaps on how you can generate 35% more revenue for your store through proven email marketing strategies Completely free What have you got to lose? Dm me to see how I can help.

Building a second brain for your advertising agency has never been easier. But most agency owners don't have the time to learn Obsidian + claude code or validate it's even worth their time. So I put my team to work for you. 196 pages built to help you install, set up, and start using Obsidian to run your agency with claude code powering it behind the scenes. Inside you'll find: → The 5-folder vault structure that scales (plus the CLAUDE.md file that turns Claude into a collaborator who's been reading your notes for months) → 29 ready-to-paste plays for daily ops, content, sales calls, client delivery, and strategic thinking → The 30-day rollout plan Comment AY and I'll send it.

Claude Design has been live for less than 2 weeks. I've spent 80+ hours of those testing it across our agency's client accounts. I'm convinced it's about to gut every email agency that doesn't adapt within the next 90 days. This week I built a full promotional email for a DTC client - on-brand, ready to schedule in Klaviyo - in under 10 minutes. Normally, that takes our team 1-2 hours per email. With our designer in the loop. After 2-3 rounds of revisions. Claude Design didn't just speed up the work. It rewrote the economics of running an email agency. We've designed thousands of emails for DTC ecommerce brands. After almost 2 weeks of stress-testing this across promotional campaigns and flow emails, I built the full system into a guide. Inside the Claude Design Email Playbook: → The Figma setup that fixes generic AI-looking outputs (90% skip this) → The copy-paste prompt template (on-brand output, first take) → The full V1 → V2 → send-ready iteration walkthrough → The 5 mistakes that burn your credits (we made all five) → How to get Claude Design output into Klaviyo (2 ways, 1 winner) Plus 2 bonus sections I'm keeping inside the guide. This isn't a guide on "how to use Claude Design." Those are everywhere already. It's the system we built inside an actual ecommerce email agency, tested on real client work, rebuilt twice, and finally locked in. Comment "DESIGN" and I'll send it over.

I scaled my own eCom brand to $500K/month off the back of direct-response copywriting. This is my entire playbook (for free). Here's what most brands get wrong... They spend thousands on ads to drive traffic… then send emails with copy so generic it could be from any brand on the internet. What's important to understand... Bad copy TRAINS your audience to ignore you. So: I put together a free Copywriting Masterclass with 50 real examples from 7, 8, and 9-figure brands so you can see exactly what great ecom email copy looks like. You'll get: • A complete Do's & Don'ts checklist for subject lines, hooks, body copy, CTAs, and more • The PAS framework (Problem, Agitation, Solution) broken down step by step • The AIDA framework with real implementation examples • Market research tactics to find the exact words your customers use • Personalization strategies based on customer lifecycle stage • Mobile optimization and testing best practices most brands skip • A swipe file of 50+ REAL emails that printed This is 5 years of copywriting lessons condensed into one resource. If you want it: Comment "COPY" And I'll DM it to you. PS - One of the biggest mistakes in the checklist is using spam trigger words in subject lines that tank your deliverability before anyone even sees your copy. The guide shows you exactly what to avoid.

$0 - $1m in eCom | Day 2 Eventful day, and we're almost ready to launch our first product (hopefully end of next week) Sourced a second supplier which has reduced our cost of goods by ~30% already and made our breakeven ROAS a lot lower. All focus has gone into crafting an insane offer and getting economics to a level that can support that Kinda anxious to just get ads live, but there are a couple of housekeeping responsibilities before then: - Connecting Shopify to our 3PL - Setting up a few more FB pages to run ads from - Basic IG organic setup Our 3PL will have some days off next week which could delay our launch too - izwhatitiz Big roadblock that will continue to rear its head is that the agency requires 50+ hours per week of my time, and it's ultimately what pays the bills and makes all of this possible. It will be the main focus until the brand is printing For any new followers, I run a retention agency with 63 clients and 39 staff - a minor detail I omitted in day one 😂 I'll have to protect the first 2 hours of my day to do good deep work on our ads if the brand is to have any chance of succeeding - a sobering realisation but good to have it earlier than later Way closer to launch than we were yesterday!

@apollonator3000 Funny you say this cause my gfs 98 yo great granny only died recently. She lived on a tiny polish farm in the middle of nowhere until she was like 70. They literally lived off the land, there were no shops nearby. They grew and kept everything they ate.

the interesting thing is that my 2x great grandparents lived from 1884-1975 & all died at the 78-95 range these guys fought in WW1, fought in uprisings, experienced WW2 AND lived their elderly life during communism the difference is they never left the village & were farmers till the day they died i feel like it’s urban life that is the biggest killer nowadays - cities are extremely unnatural

a large chunk of my ancestors born from 1700-1900 lived to see 90-100… whereas all of my great-grandparents who were teens/young-adults during WW2 & lived their adult life during communism died at 50-65 i think there’s a correlation, probably stress? the fact the demographic shifted from rural to urban so fast after WW2 ended could also be a contributing factor

when i was 16 i wanted to drop out of HS but there was a very big issue... in my country you have to stay in school until you're 18, you can't just drop out at 16, it's illegal but since i'm a high agency mf, here's how i gamed the system i applied for homeschool, they referred me to a psychologist because of this... went to the psychologist & they IQ tested me, scored 135 so this obviously qualified me for homeschool, but another issue came up - who is gonna homeschool me? solved that by enrolling to a private american online high school & basically never done any coursework whatsoever lmao, i never even graduated it - it was just to cover the "homeschool" status from 16-18

i think everyone should make an effort in building out their family tree while accessible records still exist in archives... i went down an autistic rabbithole this year and mine out the point where surnames were introduced to poland (1600-1700)... just visited the church where the first known person with my surname was baptised, Valentinus, a farmer born in 1720 drove through lots of the villages that my ancestors were from, the churches they got married in, even seeing specific houses they lived in learned so much about my family, how involved they were in WW1 & 2, how they lived, what they did, how their life looked, i'll have to preserve the stories in a book that i'll pass down to my grandkids highly recommended pastime if it's something you're interested in

I just made a full walkthrough on how to train GPT or Claude to be a high-level ghostwriter (without any code or tools) it is designed to write like you - not like AI – it learns your writing style, tone, vocabulary, and tweet structure – mimics how you phrase things so it reads like you wrote it – and most importantly, no setup headaches or weird prompts that sound robotic if you want the full guide, reply “content” and I’ll DM it to you (must be following)

This JSON structure will change how you do e-commerce retention forever. It’s called a Context Profile - a structured snapshot of everything your customer has done: - Order history - Website behavior - Promotion engagement - Cancellation attempts - Preferences I shared this on the AI Frontrunners community call, and people went crazy for it. Most brands dump raw data into GPT and hope for insights. But without structured context, your AI just guesses. With a Context Profile, you can feed the model exactly what it needs: - When a customer tries to cancel, trigger a retention offer based on their lifetime spend - If they abandon a cart, generate a personalized follow-up email - After they cross a spend threshold, surprise them with a loyalty reward Here’s how it works: - Create a JSON file for each customer with key signals (purchases, behavior, engagement) - Upload it to GPT or Claude as part of your prompt - Ask the model to draft promotions, emails, or retention scripts using only that profile Comment “PROFILE” and I’ll DM you the full template you can use for your e-commerce brand.
