So gratifying to see the result of our first @AECBnet Retrofit Level 2 certified project. It was wonderful working with @ProgInPrac and EcoVert Solutions to apply a #Passivhaus approach and turn this beautiful 1901 heritage property into a comfortable home for the future.

Reposting this @Ribaj article about the changes for home #retrofit requirements under #PAS2035, which features our #passivhaus project in #Manchester. The focus shifts to a whole house approach rather than individual measures and a medium-term retrofit plan.
