I call BS on this. Trump didn't go into all this trouble to end up surrendering to the regime in Iran and humiliating himself. Zero chance of that.
Iran International English@IranIntl_En

Hardline Iranian influencer Ali Gholhaki said on Wednesday the United States proposed a package to Tehran that includes reopening discussions on the Strait of Hormuz, releasing 25% of Iran’s frozen assets - about $25 billion - allowing uranium transfer abroad, and accepting 3.67% enrichment limits, alongside other nuclear and sanctions-related measures, though key disputes remain unresolved. "Americans, after receiving Iran's feedback, have proposed that the "end of the war across all fronts," "lifting of the US blockade on the Strait of Hormuz," "opening of the Strait of Hormuz by Iran with tariffs and the maritime route preferred by Iran," "release of 25% of Iran's frozen assets _approximately $25 billion_," "exemption for Iran's oil sales for 30 days," and the main phase of negotiations—namely "removal of 400 kg of uranium from Iran _in the best case, shipment to a third country_" and "acceptance of Iran's right to 3.67% enrichment (unlikely to be accepted by the U.S. in the final phase)" and "closure of nuclear facilities _excluding the Tehran reactor, solely for medical purposes_"—be signed all at once by Iran!" he posted on X. "Iran says all phases proposed by the US should be implemented for verification over 30 days, so that Iran can both sell its oil and be persuaded to engage in nuclear negotiations!" Gholhaki added.

💡MOSSADIL COMMENTARY: WHY DID ISRAEL FLATTEN GAZA? One word: deterrence. On October 7, Israel was not just facing Hamas. It was facing the possibility of regional collapse: Hezbollah from the north, Judea and Samaria erupting, and more massacres across the country. In the Middle East, weakness invites the next war. Israel had to make the price unbearable. As Seal sang in the 90's: “We’re never gonna survive unless we get a little crazy.”

@DrEliDavid We have lots of good military targets to hit and even more economic targets. Hit both types of targets if Iran does not make a deal. Iran must feel real pain this time.

I can't imagine President Trump agreeing to lift the naval blockade and sanctions while Iran is still holding highly enriched uranium sufficient for building 11 nukes.
תמיר מורג Tamir Morag@Tamir114

Let us try to make sense of the current state of affairs between the US and Iran, within the limitations of the heavy fog surrounding the talks between the two sides: The Pakistani mediators have put a deal on the table that includes several main components: first and foremost, a mutual lifting of the blockade on the Strait of Hormuz - the element that hurts both the Iranians and President Trump the most. Concurrently, the US would lift some of the sanctions imposed on Iran, and a portion of frozen Iranian assets abroad would be released. Only after an interim period (currently expected to be 30 days) would negotiations begin between the parties on core issues: the Iranian nuclear program and the fate of enriched material, the ballistic missile project, the issue of proxy support, and so forth. From an Israeli perspective, should an agreement be signed along these outlines, it would be a negative development that would throw a lifeline to the regime without guaranteeing a resolution to any of the fundamental issues. As of now, to the best of my knowledge, President Trump does not agree to this package of terms and is demanding significant modifications. However, heavy pressure is being exerted on him to accept a deal - likely by the "usual suspects": Steve Witkoff, Jared Kushner, and potentially Vice President Vance as well. Personally, I find it difficult to see Trump signing such a deal, and equally difficult to see the Iranians signing a deal that does not include lifting the blockade on Hormuz. At the same time, it must be admitted that there is currently a lack of certainty, and we are in fateful hours.
