@UPS_UK @UPS has now had my money for a calendar month. Nearly £600. Promise after promise. Calling out their management on LinkedIn with nearly 8,000 views from my network. Still no repayment. Literally unbelievable. I will be starting a legal claim at 9am on Monday. #UPS

Unreal that @UPS_UK have been withholding over £550 of my money since September 11, despite knowing since September 10 that they'd mischarged me for import duty. £550! 3 weeks! No replies to emails. Won't even tell me where to address a legal letter. @CTSI_UK #UPS

Any legal experts tell me the legality of @UPS_UK taking 20 days to refund money that was incorrectly charged as duty on an import? I'm talking hundreds and hundreds of pounds. It's utterly absurd. #ups #logistics

Another day, another example of @RoyalMailGroup trying anything to avoid settling valid claims, in this case closing both claims stating that the correct proof of value (literally the internal invoice from our ecomm platform) is not valid. So sick of it @RoyalMailHelp #royalfail
