The Board of Immigration Appeals just ruled that even LEGAL permanent residents can be deported if they illegally vote in American elections.
Noncitizens who break our voting laws?
They’re out.
DHS General Counsel made it crystal clear:
“Even for aliens here legally, illegal voting makes you deportable. We will continue to prioritize deportation proceedings against those who illegally vote in American elections.”
This is exactly how it should be.
American elections are for American citizens.
Period.
