If I were the top leader in Congress and saw democrats talking about packing the Supreme Court, I would kill the ghost filibuster, ram through legislation adding 4 more justices to the court for President Trump to appoint, and watch democrats try to oppose their own idea.

Sardinia has some of the clearest water in the world, but do you know why?

Then sunlight hits the shallow, light-colored bottom and reflects back through already-clear water.
