Did a school visit for 11yr olds today and sad although not surprised to be told by one lad “we need to kill all the cows to stop climate change”. Glad to have the opportunity to talk methane cycle and sustainable v non sustainable meat!

Delicious buckwheat flatbreads made with our own buckwheat. (The garlic and chilli butter was pretty good too!)
