Just leaving the office @unilincoln and this little chap is crying on a roof garden (ATB 3rd floor by lifts). He’s tried to take off but there’s not much space and he can’t seem to get over the rail. What sort of bird is he? He’s quite unhappy I think. Can anyone help?
