Perfectly put by a very knowledgeable football person. Don't think there has ever been more TV jobs for former footballers - even the white, middle-aged ones. Not that long ago since Bob Wilson and Jimmy Hill had the only gigs in town.

Looking forward to reading this. Should bring back that tracksuit top and Ireland crest as well.

@seidodge You weren't too bothered when I had same issue for women's international.

How can ticketmaster (and the FAI presumably) make it so hard for fans of the cup final teams to get tickets for the areas they want to be in? It’s a shambles

@seidodge All that was available to buy today on Ticketmaster was upper south. Assumed east & west sold out.

@Ed_Leahy Could have bought tickets for the east upper. Plenty of space in every area

Great crowd and atmosphere in stadium but disappointing west upper stand not on sale. More focus on TV optics than supporter experience it would appear.

@seidodge Depends if you and your kids want to see the game from a better angle. Granted it’s better than the shed in Richmond.

@Ed_Leahy There’s also cost factors involved in closing one area (security, staffing, food etc). Not a bad thing to close it IMO
