Answer: When I began my (New York) “bouncing career”, if you can call it that, the first black people to show up in White-area bars and nightclubs were usually well-behaved. They came to socialize. But then word of a good time would spread, and things would change. As the 1980's progressed, large security crews usually had Blacks on staff. (As soon as an establishment starts attracting black patrons, it needs a black or two to serve as a "translator" for those who seem not to understand English when it comes from a White person.) For the most part, everything was fine. Black guys worked with White guys, and I even liked some of those with team spirit / cooperative attitudes. But then came the late 1980's and 1990's, and I began to notice that when a brawl started, our black bouncers often ended up fighting alongside their homies from the hood, who had usually started it. Then I started seeing blacks piling on Whites just for the hell of it - they'd line the hallways like arterial plaque, provoke a confrontation by insulting White men or pinching the asses of their wives or girlfriends, and then commit bloody mayhem. I rapidly got sick of it. By the end of my bouncing career (the early 2000's), I had crowds of mostly underage negroes committing mayhem in the parking lots and sometimes going absolutely apesh*t, smashing windows and tearing the place apart. It became quite unpleasant, especially when Al Sharpton would show up in the aftermath with a couple of buses full of homeboys to foment trouble. That's the only way it would ever hit national television or even the local papers (in recent history, black crime is underplayed to the point of silence). This, of course, would cause the city council to call for closing the business for attracting "undesirable elements". And so it had, as it had become a preferred target for blacks looking for a fun night of anti-White racism and rampage. (It's very hard to run a business frequented by blacks these days. Such businesses tend to be shut down by theft, random assaults, or mass chimp-outs.) So after working in around 50 clubs in the NYC greater metropolitan area (including the Hamptons on Eastern LI), I moved out of NY and became a rancher in north Missouri. ;-)
