As a course rep for histopathology, I once went to call my HoD for a class with us. He motioned for me to sit and asked how I was navigating the course. We ended up having a long conversation about how maladjustment almost got the best of me.
We laughed, shared stories, and he wrapped up by saying, “You can always use my office to read—you can get the key from the secretary. You know how busy school can be.”
