Open Letter to the @BitwayOfficial Team
The community would like to publicly address the team behind Bitway ($BTW), formerly known as Side Protocol.
For months, the project encouraged community participation through campaigns, tasks, and ecosystem activities, promising that early supporters and participants would receive a token airdrop.
However, after the rebrand to Bitway and the launch of the $BTW token, many eligible users still have not received anything.
Instead of providing transparency, the team continues to ignore community questions, repeatedly delaying explanations while the situation remains unresolved.
At the same time, the $BTW token has already been listed and is actively trading on several centralized exchanges including:

According to exchange announcements, trading for $BTW began around March 2, 2026, with multiple listings happening simultaneously. (MEXC Blog)
This raises serious concerns.
Launching a token and enabling trading on exchanges while many community members have not received their promised airdrop undermines trust in the project and damages the reputation of the broader crypto ecosystem.
The community is asking for clear answers:
• Why have many eligible users still not received their airdrop?
• What is the official distribution plan and timeline?
• Why were exchange listings prioritized before resolving community obligations?
• When will the team provide a transparent report on the distribution?
We call on the @bitwayofficial team to stop ignoring the community and provide a clear public explanation.
