@Seeklul The alleged video showcases a clip (ranked game) that occured outside the confines of FNCS. Therefore there is no reason that FNCS rules could apply. Publishing links to a cheating software would violate "Epic Games Community Rules", subection "Cheating and Trolling".

@Seeklul Why are you citing the rules of FNCS if the alleged clip occured not during FNCS? If anything, since the clip occured outiside of an active FNCS game. The FNCS rules would not apply. If he had done this alleged action during the FNCS while streaming, that may be different.

Even if Epic finds Kirillian did/is not using cheats, pulling up that cheat menu violates rule 8.1.4 where "Players shall not (a) proclaim to be, or represent themselves as, a banned player or a cheater/rule breaker, or (b) glorify or otherwise endorse the breaking or violation of these Rules." which in the clip shown he is clearly breaking this TOS.

@Seeklul i think you publicly promoting/publishing the link to a place to obtain cheats is 2x as bad. He never explicily said he was cheating in the clip and just had a random video playing as the overlay. If you have cheaters so much why'd you give everyone the link to em

@Seeklul Interesting. If this turns out to be true, then ban him permanently. If it turns out to be fake, then they need to ban you permanently as well. Should be consequences for those who are guilty as well as those who falsely accuse.
