I’m fully aware this may be an emotive post today… but I think it needs to be said, because it’s something that’s been massively troubling me. 4:45am alarm. 5am gym. Bank Holiday Monday. Why? Because I’m trying to prove a point. I’m watching the rise of these so-called “fat jabs”… and honestly, it worries me. Seeing people shrink almost overnight. But here’s the thing — I’m choosing a different route. No shortcuts. No quick fixes. I’m putting my money where my mouth is and doing it the old-fashioned way — discipline, consistency, hard work. This isn’t just about weight. It’s about feeling stronger, healthier, and in control. It’s not easy… but I showed up. And that’s the point. 👊 What are your thoughts on it all?

Spent the day in London and have done all 3 levels of Tower Bridge! Annoyingly we were doing the top walkway and they opened it for a mahoosive cruise ship! Rather annoyed, always wanted to see that! #insidetowerbridge

On this day 25 years ago: the 31 March 2001 G4 geomagnetic superstorm. Kp=9- and DSTmin = -387 nT. A *big* storm! We were blasted by a CME from the giant AR 9393 - solar wind speed was high at about 700 km/s, Bz bottomed out at around -45 nT (at ~6h UTC), followed by another period of Bz below -25 nT later in the day. Numerous (for the time) reports from North America, which the storm peak favoured. Reports down from California, Arizona, Texas. Aurora was reported as far south as Mexico!
