Kanye West is blocked from entering Waitrose by Kemi Badenoch over his vile antisemitism, but Ed Davey lets him in anyway. At the fish counter, Rupert Lowe offers him a crab to nick, only for it to be Chris Philp, who soon brings the farce to an end. {satire}

@Midge1415 @ChloesPlanet It's a right wing thing. Make something that works fine : bad, fix it back to what it was and claim credit.
English

@ChloesPlanet The thing that was fully opened and operational before he got it closed? You people are thick as fecking shite 🙄🤣
English

@EdinKennedy @Adespoto3 @MhairiHunter It's not a matter of engagement, it's a warning that someone is going to get killed.
English

@Rombodog @Adespoto3 @MhairiHunter We're going to get precisely nowhere if you are as antagonistic as this.
Take a step back from abuse and maybe someone will engage with you.

@WG_RumblePants You seem to have missed NZ. Hadlee, Cairns, Crowe, Astle,

I’ve been trying to think of 80s and 90s cricketers who missed out on the franchise revolution, but who may have been big money players (if they’d had the chance).
So far I’ve got:
Sir Viv Richards
Sir Curtly Ambrose
Courtney Walsh
Sir Ian Botham
Darren Gough
Graham Gooch
Robin Smith
Kapil Dev
Anil Kumble
Mohammad Azharuddin
Allan Donald
Lance Klusener
Javed Miandad
Saeed Anwar
Imran Khan
Wasim Akram
Waqar Younis
Who have I missed out?

@hermionegingol1 @overlandertheb1 My son lives in London and the picture he paints, is a far nicer one than you or your brother.
English

@overlandertheb1 london is unrecognisable today. i was born and in lived in covent garden until the late 90s. i rarely go back there but my brother works in central london for tfl and the picture he paints is not a happy one.

We don't really eat out in this country any more - value for money's not worth it.
The pub is a treat once every couple of months. I really don't see why this isn't seen as an impending catastrophe for social cohesion.
Kevin Hollinrake MP@kevinhollinrake
“Restaurants are done.” “I have people calling me in tears every day… 40 years in business, now going under.” “Not the consumer… the government is totally killing the restaurant industry.” When experienced operators say this, the government must listen. The tax and cost burden is unsustainable.

Milk goes in first.
That's the British way.
Gracie💙@Gracie_Blue89
Never EVER trust a person who puts the milk in first 🫣 Are you even British?? 🇬🇧

@JeremyVineOn5 If you can't stick to a 20mph limit, you shouldn't have a licence.
English

@overlandertheb1 @hilly57Chris The ad hominem is still strong with SNP.
Straight from the Sturgeon (and Trump) playbook.
Ignore the question and troll the questioner instead.
It's such a lame way to operate.
English

I can't put my finger on why this gentleman is so irritating. It's not just the partisan bullshit and blokeish banter.
Even the choice of location is annoying - Windmill Lane or something - like he hangs around gritty backstreets all Batman or something.
Stephen Flynn MP@StephenFlynnSNP
It shouldn’t be this way.
English

@JohnDHaslam1 @Stuart79127363 @JeremyVineOn5 A non driving household with a high earner will likely pay more for the road network than an e.g. average earning household with a car.
We don't do hypothecated taxes for good reason
English

@Stuart79127363 @JeremyVineOn5 But those that pay road tax do pay more for it as some of that monkey does actually go on the road network, so makes sense they should maybe pay a nominal fee surely 🤔
English

@Stuart79127363 @JeremyVineOn5 Are you for changing the entire taxation system? We don't do hypothecated taxes in UK generally.
English

@JeremyVineOn5 Tax cyclists £20 a year to pay for lanes. No tax = seize bike.

Moment new 'Cycling Mikey' angrily confronts Iceland delivery man for driving too close to him while riding OUTSIDE the bike lane, so who's right? trib.al/q4WnD9h
English

@Universal1976 @chris_mcsweeny @DailyMail You can't be this stupid. You're trolling aren't you?
You're blaming the guy in front of the Iceland truck for the actions of the Iceland driver?
Are you this thick all the time?
Do you blame shopkeepers for the actions of shoplifters?
English

@chris_mcsweeny @DailyMail Bigger gap if used the lane provided instead of trying to own the road

@daniellloyd1 Anyone getting on the start line, has a lifetime of grace from me, to wax lyrical about the race.
English

Racing the Tour of Flanders for the first time in 2009 was a pinch myself moment.
From the sign on in Bruges, to the fight for the break, to riding up the Paterberg just behind Boonen and Pozzato, to getting in an attack with Chavanel, Hoste & Quinziato, to Boonen and Devolder flying past me on the Volkenberg.
I don't often big myself up (publicly - privately I'm a massive narcissist), but that day I felt like a proper pro cyclist, mixing it with some big names.
Tomorrow, I shall be watching as one of the biggest fans of the race. I love it.
Enjoy, everyone.

English

@daniellloyd1 Sometimes, it's great to watch the entire thing to see how it all comes together. This is probably the best race on the calendar for that.
Besides, it's a blizzard outside in Edinburgh.
