@BarclaysUKHelp I already spoke to my relationship manager last Wednesday. She emailed your business team to call me urgently. A week later no phone call and now you ask me to make a complaint. You can make time for ridiculous posts on your facebook page but no time to talk to loyal customers!

Barclays Bank get worse and worse at customer service. After having all my bank account with @Barclays for over 30 years -personal, business and charity - I get a very rude and abrupt letter telling me they are closing my currency account as I am no longer eligible for it!
