Coach Bennett’s last lap including his assistants. He has decided to step away after this season to spend more time with his family. All former players of the program are welcome to attend this Wednesday, May 25th, at 4:00 on the baseball field at Edison.

Spartans cap their season on a walkoff that created a 3-2 final in the first round of sectionals against Trumansburg. Tough way to end the season.

Spartans win tonight in a 9-2 final at Groton! The bats did enough and the pitching was solid all night long!

Spartans won tonight with a 9-6 final at Moravia! Congrats to Tyler Belloma on his first high school home run! Boys will be on the road again tomorrow while at Groton.

Today the team wore their jerseys to school in support of 10 year old Lazar LaPenna. Lazer tragically passed while playing the game that we all love dearly. Our prayers and condolences are with Lazar’s family and the baseball community that is impacted. #9Forever #LazarLaPenna

Spartans cruise to a 23-6 final score over Newark Valley tonight on Senior Night! Riley Cobb with a three run home run. Congrats to each senior on their accomplishments both academically and athletically in their high school careers!

The Spartans roll to a 12-1 victory at Newark Valley! After two tough losses last week, the boys get the bats going early to jump out to a lead quickly. Home game on Wednesday at 5 for the second game of the week against NV.

The bats stay hot for the Spartans tonight as they cruise to a 14-0 win over Union Springs! A quick 9 runs in the bottom of the first proved to be the difference. The boys will look to earn a 2-0 start on the week at Norte Dame tomorrow at 4:30!

Big night for the Spartans at the plate as the boys hit their way to a 17-6 final over Southern Cauyga! Everyone contributed at the plate tonight! Noah Bennett with his first hit of his high school career. The boys will look to get on a roll with three big games next week!

The Spartans drop two games in the last two days. 8-7 loss to Tioga last night and a 8-1 loss against Auburn today. The boys will look to take the series against Tioga on Monday at 5!

Spartans with a 6-1 win against Tioga tonight! Swartwood with a two hitter on the mound and solid defense behind him all night. Great team win tonight! The boys are at Tioga on Wednesday and at Auburn on Thursday.

Spartans with a 12-0 win against Groton in the second game of the week! The bats came on strong towards the end of the game to score a plethora of runs. Swartwood started the game going five innings and White came in relief to finish the win!

Three runs in the bottom of the first allow the Spartans to ride to a 6-2 win over Groton tonight! A strong start from Michael Brown going four innings nestled the Groton bats. Ripley with three RBI’s helped put the boys out in front. Great bounce back win for the boys tonight!⚾️

Spartans started their season off yesterday with a doubleheader! 1st game vs. Greene: 4-3 Win 2nd game vs. Lansing: 10-0 Loss The boys will look to bounce back from the split with a three game series vs. Groton! Tomorrow and Wednesday at Home at 5.
