@rapidobikeapp Booked an Auto ride today (RideID:RD17749322627137763). App showed ₹136 but driver charged ₹163 at destination without informing about any route change or fare increase. This is unfair and misleading. Please look into this and resolve. #Rapido #CustomerExperience
