Dale wheat harvest results looking great at Mingenew. @Clint_Chivers put Dale to the test this season against Scepter. Dale has yielded around 10% higher than Scepter with good grain quality. IGW6821 ‘Kestrel’ bulk up at the fun end. This seed bulk up in the video averaging 6.95t/ha grain yield in Greenough. Big ups to @InterGrain1 for letting me have a play. This has been really enjoyable to watch and be part of.

AGT-Insurgent TT, a new open-pollinated (OP) canola variety developed by @agtbreeding, high yield, excellent oil content, and lower upfront risk compared to hybrid varieties. The name "Insurgent" reflects its role as a rebellious alternative to the "hybrid-only" canola market.

New #Ember barley is a slow maturing spring barley suited to early sowing, 7-10 days slower than #NeoCL. An excellent feed variety to look at for early sowing opportunities in higher rainfall areas. Plenty of seed available across Australia for 2026 - intergrain.com/variety/ember/

Back visiting the Dale wheat bulk up at Mannavale Farm in North Cunderdin. Really interesting to see the difference in maturity between Dale and Scepter. Both sown at 70 kg at the end of May. Excited to see the yield comparison at harvest!
