🚨 BREAKING: Southampton have been expelled from the playoffs by an Independent Disciplinary Commission after the club “admitted to multiple breaches of EFL regulations related to the unauthorised filming of other clubs’ training.” Middlesbrough will now face Hull City on May 23. Saints also receive a four-point deduction for the 2026/27 season. Southampton admitted breaches of the observation of training sessions within 72 hours of a scheduled match. The fixtures against Oxford United in December 2025, Ipswich Town in April 2026 and Middlesbrough in May 2026 all cited. Saints have a right to appeal and with parties intending to resolve on May 20.

I’ve not been able to get out these last few weeks since the England game. I’ve had a bit of a physical and mental crisis with a lot of things, but it was good to go on a nice walk. In fact, it made me smile when someone said I have the same haircut as “prime Christian Eriksen”.

Three changes for Saints with Jander, Matsuki and Larin replacing Charles, Fellows and Stewart. I'm not surprised by any of them, but I'd feel more comfortable with Charles in there. Fellows not quite at his best right now and obvious caveats with Stewart. Thoughts?
