If hot air hits cold air at high altitude where the air is thinner what do you think happens? It’s basic physics & jet propulsion. Jet engines at high altitudes have always done this. I remember the hot summer and drought in 1976, looking up seeing the same thing. As for the insect problem, don’t waste time looking up; look down. Don’t just look for one answer because there are multiple factors involved with the decrease. I live out in the countryside, miles from any town or city and the decrease of insects out here over the last 5 years is very noticeable and worrying. I used to take photos of bees on our flowers which was easy as there were so many. Now I can’t as I’d be all day trying to find one.

If you are wondering why insect populations are collapsing look up 😳🤞🏻 We are also breathing this in and it’s contaminating our soil and water. The video was sent to me today by a co-conspirator.

@marxseventh @Cycliq Your post reeks of being burned by camera evidence! Many of us drivers have a dash cam to protect us from dangerous drivers and false claims. Cyclists do the same. By default you are calling anyone using any type of vehicle with a camera a rude name. Not a good look!

Probably useful if he wants his face on video using a modified weapon and wants to be behind bars for a long time. Dear airport experts, I’d be very grateful if you could explain airport security to me again. I watch 20 or more people go through but I’m the only one told to remove my shoes. Every time. Meanwhile, the bottle of water in my handbag isn’t spotted. They make you take off your coat, your jacket, your belt yet the body scanner can see through all that. They unpack my tightly packed rucksack and scan two books with a hand-held scanner. Then tell me to repack. Why? The weight of hand luggage is limited, as is the number of bags. Thanks but I’m not anywhere near young! Late 60s early 70s I remember as more jets took to the air, looking up and watching stuff exactly like the video. It was smaller as where I lived they were at higher altitude. Basically if you didn’t live on a flight path then you probably didn’t see it. Through the years there’s more population, more flights and therefore more flight paths. The thing is when you know your way around all the controls and instruments of quite a few jet aircraft, knowing what they do and how, this type of video is just normal. At high altitude with thinner air, hot air meets cold=~~~~~~~! Physics🤷‍♂️ If you fly at high altitude you use a lot less fuel too.

I was born in 61 and back in the day, children played outside all day, We looked at the clouds, we would pick out designs in them. That one looks like a dog, tree, bird, etc

If this person returned I’d phone the Police again and ask why this guy wasn’t taken to hospital and sectioned. I’d also ask for another incident number. In the UK under the Mental Health Act 1983 and amendments to this in the Mental Health Act 2007, people can be lawfully detained in hospital and given compulsory treatment because of a mental health condition. One of the criteria is if someone’s mental health condition is putting either themselves or others at risk. It’s clear that this guy meets that criteria.

It is the controllers job if the read back from a pilot was incorrect. In this case it sounds like it was. The comment “settle down Captain happy,” from a pilot of another plane on frequency seems to indicate that Captain happy was in a bad mood! It’s radio that’s why read backs and corrections are so important. It’s not uncommon for interference or two transmissions doubling at the same time. The controllers are after all managing air space and separations to keep things safe. They need to know if what they sent was received and understood okay.

@airmainengineer It is not the controllers job to correct pilots.. just saying. Sitting in a room looking at a screen - verses sitting in a flying machine - clarity without the dickwaving.

Sorry but you seem to have reposted a fake. Given the position of Nigel’s shoulder, it appears that Nigel can pass his entire arm through a persons body to put his hand on their shoulder! Then there are the other signs of total fakery easily seen by a qualified eye. For example zoom in on the edges of Nigel and also look at the hand on his shoulder too, a very messy background removal on Nigel’s original photo to paste him in this one. As for the flash lighting, this was done no doubt using another layer, switching its mode and merging layers. As compositions go, this image is not even up to the standard of amateur! I’m not writing this as a judgement or a who is on what list, I just know a faked image when I see one and thought you might want to know.
