@seamus_holden 0.8% PFA and 0.2% Glutaraldehyde is what I normally roll with.

@seamus_holden Is there plenty of sugars there? Could do a WGA or other lectin label, but if your fixation creates holes in the membrane then it will internalise. Recommend low concentration of Glutaraldehyde to prevent membrane getting ruined.

@SubsetTopology @PoliticsPollss I guess schools would have more cash to play with which can only be a good thing - though there is no guarantee it will be used to improve education quality or teacher salaries as opposed to being paid out to shareholders or as ridiculous salaries to management

@SubsetTopology @PoliticsPollss I think its probably quite difficult for someone with an a-level or equivalent to teach themselves degree level maths. History, sure you can read a book or find information online but there's skills that come out of a degree the internet isn't going to teach.
