They would be on site in protected cases and the likes. But the schools would have every right to ask them not to bring them to school which I wouldn't agree with.

What if pupils end up in an emergency? What then? Wouldn't it have been preferable for Parliament to vote through a social media ban for under-16s? Thrice have Parliament rejected this social media ban, which is frankly ridiculous and a spit in the face of parents. How can Labour simulataneously dumb down standards and ban phones from schools?
