Building apps sometimes really is simple.
All you have to do is take the best EUR crypto card and the best EUR offramp, slap a good UI on top, and you’re done.
And that’s exactly what happened here.
@getrebind took the proven @gnosispay card and @monerium bank accounts and packaged them into a smooth mobile experience.
Let’s talk numbers:
Cashback ranges from 1–5%, depending on how much $GNO you hold. Getting 3% is easy; buy 1 GNO and spend €500 in the first month (to get the OG NFT).
There is a monthly cashback cap of $1,500, though.
No FX fees. This is huge, as paying in local currencies comes with no surcharge.
Yield is powered by @aave and is currently above 5%. The best part is that you can spend directly from your yield-bearing deposit. I love this feature because I earn yield on my full balance and never have to think about top-ups.
Depositing money can be done via crypto or bank transfer. For crypto, only Base and Gnosis are supported, but you can use any token and swap in-app.
Personally, I’d suggest topping up with $EURE.
Buy and bridge it via @jumperapp, the ideally route funds through @fluidkey to obfuscate any trails.
The bank account functionality is very useful as well, you can on/off-ramp quickly and pay invoices directly. It’s powered by Monerium, which I personally use to move funds between banks and fund IBKR. I’ve had zero issues.
The whole setup is self-custodial, and if you already have Gnosis Pay or Monerium accounts, you can easily connect them to the app.
Support is solid, fast, and handled by actual humans.
Overall, this is a very well-structured, comprehensive, and battle-tested banking setup for European crypto users.
