Improve early detection. Develop safer, more effective treatments Increase survival rates across ALL communities. Representation in research saves lives.

Our bodies respond to treatments differently. Genetics, biology and lived experience all impact outcomes. If research doesn’t reflect everyone, future treatments may not work for everyone.

Breast cancer is the most common cancer in the UK, but not everyone faces the same risks. For Black and South Asian communities, late diagnosis is far more common. And the reason? The research still isn’t inclusive. 🧵👇
