I’ve been frenetically coding UrbanKaoberg.com the last several weeks (almost 80k lines of code), and I still have so many features and capabilities I want to add. I am amazed on the one hand with what one can achieve with an “I can do anything” agentic team, but it’s also led me down some rabbit holes where I’ve had to roll back 15+ hours of work and just conclude that the lemon wasn’t worth the squeeze. In an era of “AI will replace everything” fear, I think it’s important to remember that HUMAN JUDGMENT and COMMON SENSE might still be the most irreplaceable skill.

Say you force me to guess the next decade for the S&P. My guess is 7000 is a “1929 top.” Everyone who priced in taco accepts Hawk Trump. We go to 3500, Warsh cuts rates a lot. Then we range 2400-5800 for much of a decade. Also, predictions like this are useless for investing.

I can’t even tell you understood anything in the comment you are replying to. Which is the exact problem I described in that comment. The upshot of all this is: you are wasting my time. I want you to at least have a chance of knowing how you are destroying my interest in discussing with you further. It gives you a blueprint to solve the problem. Good luck bro.

It IS true about me. And Lion friend IS in the business of harming people by leading them towards bad return on investment spent trading. The issue with conversations with you, and we have had a few now, is you pay lip service to what I have said to you and then continue speaking without integrating my ideas or attempting to respond to them. You conclude you can be confident they are wrong somehow without bothering to enter a dialectic. This happens repeatedly, and makes conversations with you very unproductive. This current conversation has also fallen into that pattern. You are preaching to me. “I’m pretty confident I can prove XYZ.” The point of discussion is for the both of us to LEARN, and if your replies never interface with my ideas, it makes it very difficult for anyone to learn. You are entirely in the wrong headspace when it comes to discussions with other people. To apply this concept to the present conversation, you immediately showed me a graph and said it shows why what I said is wrong. The only way for you to confirm that, is to first gather the logic behind why I said what I said, study how that logic relates to your graph, and then build a reasoning regarding whether those logics are orthogonal, complementary, contradictory, etc. You make no effort to do that at all. You have no idea what my logic is behind the statement in the first place. When I tell you your graph proves me right, you don’t even bother to ask me why I think that. You act like someone who has all the answers. That’s why I bluntly reject your statements because you aren’t making any effort to bring anything to the table, which requires you to be a listening participant in the conversation.
