@dragonspirgames @whitebataudio I understand the difficulties that can arise from repeating patterns in a level. Perhaps, moving from 2D to 3D will be the foundation of the game, but not the main part of the gameplay. I have thoughts to try to make picturesque unique levels.

@keinzantezuken @whitebataudio Meshes are not modified. Yes, the transformation of the camera view smoothly changes to the ortho mode and the hero starts moving around the second layer of the level.

@EgorRezenov @whitebataudio So do you actually collapse meshes/collider an then switch to orthographic or you have your own custom AABB structure for the room and just do ortho-switch?
