@BCRPoppy If he blew the whistle “too soon” and “knew it immediately” that is the definition of a blown call. If not sudden victory, the error wouldn’t have mattered as it could have been reversed later, but in this case, the blown call is obvious and egregious as it stopped an advantage.

As a former official, it was not a blown call. The ref called the TD way too soon and he knew it immediately. It was not a takedown.
