She is doing a martial arts pose and the background appears to be a stone and sand with some dirt shading details, fitting for a legendary Earthbender such as herself. This drawing isn’t supposed to be sexualized, even if she’s a bit aged up to fit the art style better. The pose is referenced off a pose of Juri Han, a fellow barefooter, from that Street Fighter 6 DLC pajama onesie. It appears that what the UK, Keir Stamer, and his Online Safety Act appears to be saying (rather than going after Grooming Gangs) is that it’s not OK for kids to learn about certain migrant crimes that Rubert Lowe and Tommy Robinson “keep receipts” about, but are apparently old enough to join and victimize people as either part of an street gang or that “764” crap. Plus the fact that high-ranking politicians can exclude themselves from having their chats scanned bears mentioning. In the US I don’t think the KIDS Act’s speech mandates would get very far in the US without someone brave suing in federal court to get an injunction or court ruling getting parts of it declared unconstitutional and I hope someone brave sues.
